퀸메이커, 내 주말을 앗아간 드라마.(K-drama Queenmaker)

이 드라마는 내 주말을 순삭 했다.
우아하게 나이 드는 김희애와 나이들 수록 더 이뻐지는 문소리, 두 여자 간의 의리를 보여주는 드라마다.
무엇보다도 정의란 무엇일까 잠시 생각하게 만든다.

일단 재미있다. 드라마는 재미있어야 한다는 전제에 충실했다.

선거라는 소재 자체가 라이벌 구도 아래, 서로서로를 물고 뜯는 전개라서 더 극적 재미에 알맞은 거 같다.

이 드라마의 주요 특징

1. 어디서 본 듯은 장면
<재벌집 막내아들>에서 이미 보여줬던 특별히 우수한 학력은 아니지만 재벌 오너가에  충심을 다하는 마름과 그를 뒤에서 욕하는 동료들, <왜 오수재인가>에서 보여준 억울한 피해자가  건물에서 뛰어내리는 장면 등 이 드라마 곳곳에 어디서 본 듯한 장면이나 설정 등이 나오지만 스토리 전개에 필요한 요소라서 그리 식상하진 않다.

2. 현실 반영
해외에 나가서 비서를 성폭행하고 돌아와서 사과하는 장면은 정치인 누군가가 떠올랐고 분노조절 장애인 재벌 오너가 딸은 모 그룹 오너가가 떠올랐다. 여성단체의 공금횡령은 모 단체의 횡령 사건이 떠올랐다.
그리고 선거 기간 동안 온갖 조작과 언론 플레이는 현 우리나라 정치판이 떠올랐다. 여론조사 발표가 안 되는 깜깜이 기간 동안 상대 후보에게  흠집을 내기 위해 총력전을 펼치는 지루한 싸움도 현실을 그대로 옮겨 놓은 듯하다.

3. 전형적인 여성성에 대한 일침
오경숙은 시인인 남편보다 요리를 못한다. 가정보다 사회가 먼저다.
황도희는 이혼한 여성이다. 가정보다 일을 선택했기 때문이다.
그룹회장은 딸보다 그룹에 이익을 가져다줄 사위를 더 챙긴다. 가족보다 회사가 먼저다.

드라마 자체가 페미니즘을 다룬 것처럼 멋있는 역은 여자, 잔인한 나쁜 사람은 남자 구도를 탄 듯하다.
유일하게 오경숙 편에선 젊은이와 황도희의 이혼한 보좌관 남편만이 정의 편이다. 그러나 이들조차 두 여인 그늘 아래 가려있다.
이런 여성 중심의 드라마는 자칫 현실과 동떨어져 보여서 이질감이 있다. 그러나 마음만큼은 통쾌하다. 대리만족이라고 해야 할까.
특히 여성들의 의리를 다루는 부분은 인상적이다.
황도희는 같은 여성으로서 난도질한 후배의 진실을 알게 되고 복수에 나선다. 오경숙과의 의리도 두텁다.
오경숙은 같은 여성연대 동지를 챙기는 장면은 인상적이고 그 여성동지 또한 의리를 보여준다.

조금은 자극적인 소재들이 있지만 오경숙을 통해 지켜지는 사회 정의와 그녀를 돕는 사람들, 특히 뒤늦게 반성을 하고 바른 세상을 꿈꾸는 황도희는 많은 배울 점을 안겨준다.

Queenmaker, the drama that took my weekend away.

This drama wiped out my weekend.
It is a drama that shows the loyalty between the two women, Kim Hee-ae, who grows older gracefully, and Moon So-ri, who gets prettier with age.
Above all, it makes me think for a moment what is justice.

First of all, it's fun. I was faithful to the premise that dramas should be fun.

The subject of the election itself seems to be more suitable for dramatic fun because it is a development that bites each other under the rivalry.

the main characteristics of this drama

1. a familiar scene
Although it is not a particularly good academic background already shown in <Reborn Rich> there are scenes and settings that seem to be seen everywhere in the drama, such as Ma-reum, who is faithful to the chaebol owner's family, his colleagues swearing behind him, and the unfair victim jumping from the building in <Why Her?>

2. Reflect on reality
The scene where someone from a politician apologized after sexually assaulting his secretary abroad came to mind, and the owner of a conglomerate with anger management disabilities came to mind, and the daughter of a parent group came to mind. The embezzlement of public funds by women's organizations reminded me of an embezzlement case by a group.
And during the election, all kinds of manipulation and media play reminded me of the current political arena in Korea. During the dark period when the poll is not announced, the geographical battle in which the opposing candidate is engaged in an all-out war to find fault with the opposing candidate also seems to have changed the reality.

3. A glimpse of typical femininity
Oh Kyung-sook is worse at cooking than her husband, a poet. Society comes before the family.
Hwang Do-hee is a divorced woman. Because I chose work over home.
The group chairman takes care of his son-in-law more than his daughter. The company comes before the family.

As the drama itself deals with feminism, it seems that the cool role is a woman, and the cruel bad person is a man.
On Oh Kyung-sook's side, only a young man and  the divorced husband of  Hwang Do-hee is on the side of justice. However, even they are hidden under the shadow of the two women.
This female-centered drama seems to be far from reality, so it has a sense of alienation. But at heart, it is exhilarating. Should I say vicarious satisfaction.
In particular, the handling of women's loyalty is impressive.
As the same woman, Hwang Do-hee learns the truth of her junior who has been robbed and seeks revenge. She is also very loyal to Oh Kyung-sook.
The scene where Oh Kyung-sook takes care of the same female ally is impressive, and the female comrade also shows loyalty.

There are some provocative materials, but social justice protected through Oh Kyung-sook and those who help her, especially Hwang Do-hee, who reflects late and dreams of a right world, offers a lot to learn.
