대행사, 드라마 속 고아인, 박차장, 조은정 등 멋진 캐릭터 맛집(K-drama Agency)

이 드라마를 보고 개인적으로 느낀 생각거리들.

1. 여성이 임원이 되려면 미혼이어야 한다.
고아인이 유부녀였다면 임원이 되기 힘들었을 거 같다.
각종 신경안정제를 달고 살지, 요리할 시간도 없지, 게다가 불면증까지 있다.

2. 워킹맘이 직장을 다닐 수 있으려면 아이를 돌봐주는 할머니가 있어야 한다.
조은정(전혜진)의 아들 송아지는 아빠와 할머니가 다 키운 아이,
잦은 야근과 회식도 커버되는 환경이다.

3. 가정폭력에 시달리다 도망간 엄마는 평생 자식에게 죄인이어야한다.
고아인의 엄마는 주소가 등본상에 등록되어 있지 않다.
이유는 가정폭력을 행사하는 남편에게서 도망치기 위해서다.
그런 환경 속에서 끝까지 가정에 남아 견뎌야만이 좋은 엄마일까.
고아인의 엄마는 뒤에 혹시나 본인이 죽을까봐서 딸을 두고 도망쳤다고 했다.
이런 상황에서도 평생 자식에게 죄인이 되는 것은 너무 가혹하다는 생각이 들었다.

4. 비정규직 여비서는 정규직이라는 미끼에 너무도 쉽게 유혹된다.
계약직이기 때문에 정규직이란 미끼로 도덕적으로 안좋은 일을 한다는 것이 너무 전형적인 서사 같다.

5. 재벌가에서 여성은 평범한 남성과 결혼하면 모든 걸 빼앗기게 된다.
강한나가 박차장과 결혼하면 모든 것을 포기해야 한다는 설정이 이해가 안 되었다.
지분싸움에서 밀려서인지.. 단순한 내 머리로는 충분히 납득되지 않았다.

광고쟁이들의 이야기를 담고 있는 드라마다.

이보영이라는 배우는 멋진 여성역을 잘 소화한다.
실제 그런 성격이 내재되어 있는 게 아닐까 싶을 정도로.
<마인>에서 서희수역, <너의 목소리가 들려>에서의 장혜성역이 특히 그랬다.

대행사라는 드라마가 좋았던 게 불필요한 로맨스가 없다는 점.
고아인은 클라이언트인 이기우의 도움을 받긴 하지만 무리해서 로맨스로 발전하지는 않는다.
강한나(손나은)와 박 차장(한준우)의 로맨스만으로도 충분히 설렘 가득했고, 모태솔로 남직원과 여비서와의 썸만으로도 괜찮았다.
온전히 일 잘하고 광고에 애정을 갖은 한 여성, 고아인이 일터에서 고군분투하는 모습 그리고 조직 군상들의 전쟁 같은 모습을 적나라하게 표현하는 데에 비중을 둔 것이 좋았다.

손나은의 연기에 대한 혹평들이 있던데 개인적으로 강한나의 색을 자기화해서 잘 소화한 거 같았다.
극의 흐름을 방해할 정도도 아니었고 이제 막 학업을 끝내고 사회에 첫발을 들이는 미숙한 사회 초년생 재벌 3세역이었기에 능수능란한 연기를 하는 것이 오히려 현실성 없어 보였을지 모른다.

박영우, 박차장이라는 캐릭터가 너무 좋았다.
꽤 멋진 역이고 그것을 넘치지도 모자라지도 않게 잘 재단해서 표현하는 한준우의 연기가 좋았다.
공주님 곁에서 묵묵히 지켜주는 보디가드 역.
<모래시계>의 이정재와 같은 이런류 캐릭터에 왜 여성들은 어김없이 빠져드는 것일까.
이런 캐릭터에 마음이 흔들리는 별도의 세포가 있는 듯하다.

조은정(전혜진) 캐릭터도 넘 좋았다.
유쾌하고 다정하면서 털털하고 일도 창의적으로 잘 해내는 캐릭터.

한 부장(이창훈) 캐릭터도 좋다.
의리 있고 정의로운 캐릭터.
1년짜리 임시 임원 여성 상사를 끝까지  보필하는 선을 넘지 않는 현명함이 멋진 캐릭터다.

배원희(정운선), 능력이 있지만 옷차림 등 외모 때문에 능력이 저평가되면서도 묵묵히 본인의 역할을 해내는 부하직원.
기상청 사람들에서 진하경(박민영)의 언니역인 4차원 돌싱 동화작가 진태경보다는 덜 사랑스러웠지만 말이다.

이 밖에 대가 없이 고아인을 돕는 클라이언트 정재훈(이기우), 강한나와 고아인을 위해 키다리아저씨 역할을 해내는 대표 조문호(박지일), 고아인에게 카피 잘 쓰는 법을 알려주는 선배 최정민(김수진) 등 멋진 캐릭터 맛집이다.

나의 모습과도 유사해서 가장 깨달음이 많았던 장면. 4회에서 친구인 정신과의사와 나누는 대화.

의사가 고아인에게 용서하라고 한 그 여자는 고아인을 버리고 도망간 여자가 아니라 콤플렉스에서 파생된 피해 의식에 사로잡혀 여중생처럼 마음을 꽁꽁 싸매고 아무도 다가오지 못하게 피하면서 일이랑 공부에 사력을 다해 매달리는 본인 안의 그 여자였다.

My personal thoughts after watching this drama.

1. A woman must be single to become an executive.
If Ko A-in was a married woman, it would have been difficult to become an executive.
She lives with various tranquilizers, she doesn't have time to cook, and she also has insomnia.

2. For working mothers to be able to work, they must have a grandmother who takes care of their children.
Cho Eun-jung (Jeon Hye-jin)'s son is a child raised by both her father and grandmother,
Frequent overtime work and company dinners are also covered.

3. A mother who fled after suffering from domestic violence must be a sinner to her child for life.
The Ko A-in's mother's address is not registered on the transcript.
The reason is to run away from a husband who uses domestic violence.
Is it a good mother only if she stays at home until the end in such an environment.
The Ko A-in's mother said she ran away with her daughter in case she died later.
Even in this situation, I thought it was too harsh to be a sinner to my child for life.

4. Non-regular female secretaries are too easily tempted by the bait of regular workers.
It seems like a typical narrative that irregular workers do bad things as bait because they are contract workers in order to become regular worders

5. In chaebol families, women are deprived of everything when they marry an ordinary man.
I didn't understand the setting that Kang Han-na had to give up everything when she married Deputy General Manager Park.
I don't know if it's because I'm behind in the stake fight.. I wasn't convinced enough by my simple head.

It is a drama that tells the story of advertisers.

An actor named Lee Bo-young plays a wonderful female role well.
I think that's the kind of personality she has.
Seo Hee-soo's role in <Mine> and Jang Hye-seong's role in <I Can Hear Your Voice> were particularly so.

What I liked about the drama <Agency> was that there was no unnecessary romance.
The Ko A-in is helped by his client, Lee Ki-woo, but he does not force himself to develop into a romance.
The romance between Kang Han-na (Son Na-eun) and Deputy General Manager Park (Han Joon-woo) was exciting enough, and it was okay just to flirt with male employee and female secretary.
It was good to focus on expressing a woman who worked completely well and loved advertising, Ko A-in struggling at work, and a war-like appearance of the organizational soldiers.

There were some harsh criticisms about Son Na-eun's acting, and I personally think she pulled off her strong color by magnetizing it.
Since she was not enough to interfere with the flow of the play and was a third generation of inexperienced social tycoon who had just finished his studies and took his first step into society, it might have seemed rather unrealistic to play a skillful role.

I loved the characters Park Young-woo and Deputy General Manager Park.
It is a pretty cool role, and Han Jun-woo's performance was good, which was well-cut and expressed without overflowing or insufficient.
The role of a bodyguard who silently protects the princess.
Why do women fall for this kind of character like Lee Jung-jae in <Sandglass>.
There seems to be a separate cell in this character that shakes the mind.

The character of Cho Eun-jung (Jeon Hye-jin) was also very good.
A character who is pleasant, friendly, easy-going, and creative in his work.

The character Han (Lee Chang-hoon) is also good.
a loyal and righteous character.
It is a cool character that does not cross the line of supporting a one-year temporary executive female boss to the end.

Bae Won-hee (Jung Un-sun), a subordinate who is capable but silently plays his role even though his ability is undervalued due to his appearance such as clothes.
Although he was less lovely than Jin Tae-kyung, a four-dimensional dolsing fairy tale writer who played Jin Ha-kyung (Park Min-young) in <the people of the Korea Meteorological Administration>.

In addition, it is a great character restaurant, including Jung Jae-hoon (Lee Ki-woo), a client who helps Ko A-in at no cost, Cho Moon-ho (Park Ji-il), who plays the role of a tall man for Kang Han-na and Ko A-in, and Choi Jung-min (Kim Soo-jin), a senior who teaches Ko A-in how to copy well.

The scene that I realized the most because it was similar to my appearance. Conversation with my friend, psychiatrist, in episode 4.

The woman who the doctor told the Ko A-in to forgive was not the woman who abandoned Ko A-in and ran away, but the woman inside her, who was wrapped up like a middle school girl and tried her best to avoid anyone approaching her.
